My Savoy Benefits has created the following broker checklist to ensure that you are ready to sell Individual Products.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

No commissions will be paid unless your Exchange and carrier appointments are in place prior to submitting an application. This also applies to your renewing business.
 

EXCHANGE CERTIFICATIONS

Please make sure to complete the respective Exchange certifications prior to your carrier appointment.

• Delaware: healthcare.gov

 

CARRIER REGISTRATIONS
Aetna (Multiple States)	Registration can be completed directly through your Producer World account. Please make sure your “Assignment of Commissions” under the “Ready-to-sell” tab is updated to reflect your agency as the “Payee” and Savoy Associates as your “General Agent”. If you wish to add additional states to your existing appointment, please send an email directly to Aetna Licensing at LAAU@aetna.com.
Ambetter/Centene (Multiple States)	Please send an email to individualenroll@savoyassociates.com to request a contracting link and indicate which states you would like to be appointed in. Once processed at the carrier level, a contracting link will be sent directly to the broker. Please note for New Jersey: Once you are contracted for Ambetter please complete the NJ State-based Exchange certification and email a copy to Ambetterbrokers@centene.com.
AmeriHealth (NJ) and Independence Blue Cross (PA)	Brokers must have an active registration with AmeriHealth and IBC. If you were previously registered through Savoy, you do not need to do anything additional as your registration will carry over.   If this is your first time writing AmeriHealth or IBC Individual business through Savoy, please follow the steps below:   Please email the following information to individualenroll@savoyassociates.com: Email Address Full Name NPN State License Number (NJ or PA) License Expiration Date Agency Affiliation (if applicable) Important for IBC only: All brokers must complete the Pennie Certification on an annual basis regardless of selling on-exchange or off-exchange IBC products.
Highmark (PA and DE)	Please email the following information to individualenroll@savoyassociates.com: Business Email NPN Specify if you’d like to be appointed in PA or DE or both Once received and processed by Highmark, an onboarding link will be sent directly to the broker by the carrier.
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (NJ)	Brokers must register through the 2025 Miramar website (miramar-agent.com) and identify Savoy as their General Agency for all Horizon BCBSNJ 2025 on-exchange and off-exchange Individual business.   Brokers will need to register by using the unique PIN code provided below.   Savoy Unique PIN code: 2025HNJM823 For further details, visit our Horizon Miramar Agent Registration article.
Oscar (NJ and PA)	Brokers must be registered to sell with Oscar. Please note that to remain “Active,” Oscar requires that brokers submit new business within a 12-month period, otherwise, your registration is deactivated, and you will need to complete the registration and appointment process again.   If this is your first time writing Oscar Individual business, you will need to provide the following information: Agent NPN and State License Number(s) Agency NPN and State License Number(s) if appointing an agency Bank account details (or an address) for commissions payment E&O policy ($1M/$1M; note that brokers can use their Agency’s E&O policy if it covers employees) For detailed instructions on the Oscar appointment process, click HERE. Remember to select Savoy as your General Agency, which can be completed by logging into your account at business.hioscar.com.
UnitedHealthcare (NJ)	Please send an email to individualenroll@savoyassociates.com to request a contracting link. Once processed at the carrier level, an official contracting link will be emailed to brokers directly with “Donald C. Savoy, Inc. invites you…” in the subject line.
