For Small Group, there are no additional costs to utilizing an external general agency.“Utilizing a General Agency (GA) alignment allows for more dedicated, knowledgeable support to assist our agency partners with sales, renewals, administrative, product and post-sales servicing,” explains Florida Blue in their general agency release.
