2025 Horizon BCBSNJ Miramar Agent Registration is Now Available

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) has released their 2025 Convey Miramar Agent Registration, which is required for selling both on-exchange and off-exchange Horizon BCBSNJ Individual Market plans.Agents must complete Convey Miramar Agent registration by November 1, 2024 or prior to assisting consumers with Horizon BCBSNJ Individual Market plans in order to receive commissions payments timely.
2025 Horizon Miramar Agent Registration
All agents must register through the Miramar Agent website: miramar-agent.comYou will need to identify Savoy as your general agency for all Horizon BCBSNJ 2025 on-exchange and off-exchange business by using the unique code provided below.

Click the “Register New” radio button on their DASHBOARD and enter the unique code below to begin registration.

Returning agents will log in with their username/password from last year. Those who have forgotten their password can use the “Forgot your password” link on the home page.
First-time users will need to register by clicking the “Register as an Agent” button. Please be sure to include the unique registration PIN code provided when prompted.

Important Reminders
- An agent can only be linked to one Master Broker for both Horizon BCBSNJ Individual Market and SHOP business. If you are not yet tied to Savoy, you will be able to move your business once annually from November 1 - December 31.
- Agents must complete all New Jersey State Based Exchange (NJSBE) Individual Market requirements within the timeframes communicated by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI). If Get Covered NJ training is not completed timely, agents risk the loss of certification and new/existing commissions.
