In order to enroll, applications can be submitted in two ways:
Payment for the first month's premium
A member can call in a credit card payment once the enrollment app has been processed to effectuate the policy.  Accepted credit cards are VISA, MC & Discover.

Coverage effective dates are either the 1st of every month.  An applicant may request a specific effective date (up to 90 days from the application date) at the time of application.  All paperwork must be received by Savoy Associates 15 days prior to the requested effective date at:

Upgrading and Downgrading Coverage
In order to upgrade your coverage, your application must be submitted during Open Enrollment which is November 1st through December 15th .  The upgraded plan change will go into effect on January 1st of the following year.
