a lasting business relationship with. Savoy Associates’ Account
Executives are carefully chosen, trained, and incented to develop solid
relationships with our broker partners and their staff. Building
better relationships enables us to anticipate our individual brokers’ needs,
and helps to identify what type of assistance and service works best for each
broker. A seasoned, licensed Account Executive is assigned to each
broker/agency, and he/she is ultimately responsible for all group insurance
business concerns for that broker/agency. The Account Executive is
not simply a new business salesperson, but a committed means to personalized
general agency service and accountability.
Supporting the Account Executive in all insurance-related functions is an
assigned Sales Team which consists of at least one Account Manager and one
Account Consultant. The Account Manager is a high-level, internal
representative who is very experienced and extremely proficient in the
products, paperwork, and rules and regulations of our
business. Their most important job is to be easily accessible in
order to assist brokers and their clients with any inherent urgent situations
and/or problems that may arise, especially in the absence of the Account
Executive.
Like the Account Manager, the Account Consultant also works very closely with
the broker/agency, and offers specialized support in areas such as quoting, new
case submission processing, providing renewal options, and facilitating claim
and other inquiries. Account Managers and Account Consultants are
licensed professionals who work in tandem on many issues with each other and
their Account Executive teammates.
At the heart of the Savoy Associates organization are veteran staffs of
administrative, marketing, technology, finance and research
professionals who are committed to the accurate, efficient and timely delivery
of information and materials to brokers. In addition, Savoy
Associates is trusted by many insurance carriers to both input new business
cases and process member enrollment changes directly into their systems via the

rapidly in terms of both volume and importance for general agencies, as it adds
tremendous value to our relationships with brokers and carrier partners alike.
