Savoy & The Hartford Exclusive Four-Credit CE Seminar

Savoy and The Hartford invite you to join an exclusive four-credit CE seminar. The seminar will be comprised of three CE courses sponsored and instructed by Christina Mack of The Hartford School of Insurance (HSI).

You must attend the entire session and bring a photo ID to receive all four CE credits.

How to Discuss Disability with Your Customers (2 CE credits)
Topics covered will include:

  • Ability to translate and relate Long-Term Disability facts and figures to clients
  • Ability to assist clients in offering income protection solutions from the financial hardships caused by a disability
  • Understanding of the need for disability insurance and how to express that need to clients
Statutory Disability (1 CE credit)
Topics covered will include:
  • Statutory Short-Term Disability coverage that is required in New York and New Jersey
  • Benefit levels with an emphasis on requirements for compliance for both employer and carrier
  • Ability to enrich statutory plans and the requirements surrounding such enrichment
Success in the Voluntary Marketplace (1 CE credit)
Topics covered will include:
  • Why voluntary benefits play an important role in employee benefits
  • Selecting the right products to meet the needs of both employers and employees
  • What to look for in quality carriers that offer voluntary benefits
  • Developing a successful strategy and preparing to communicate benefit choice to employees

A photo ID and producer license number are required to receive CE credits.
CE credits have been approved for New York and New Jersey. Please be prepared to attend the entire four-credit CE seminar. Latecomers will not receive credits.
