In order to upgrade your coverage, your application must be submitted during the
month of November, which is the annual Open Enrollment Period defined by the
state of New Jersey. The upgraded plan change will go into effect on
January 1st of the following year. Due to New Jersey state law, upgrades
in coverage cannot be processed as of your renewal date.
Members can downgrade coverage during any month of the year. Changes will
go into effect beginning with the next billing cycle.
